What Is Earthing?

Earthing, or grounding, connects you to the healing power of the Earth. It can be done by walking or sitting barefoot outdoors or using indoor grounding products. This simple concept has profound healing results, including reducing chronic inflammation and improving overall health and well-being for people of all ages and even pets.

The Flow Of Electrons

The Earth provides energy from below in the form of electrons, which contribute to our health and give our landmasses and oceans a subtle negative charge. This natural planetary charge keeps the bioelectric machinery of global life in rhythm and balance, except for most humans who lack a constant electric connection with the Earth, due to modern technology and disconnection.

The Disconnection

What To Expect

  • Many folks start feeling better when they begin grounding.
  • The benefits might show up quickly and noticeably for some, while for others, they may appear slowly and subtly. Everyone's experience is unique.
  • Some individuals might not notice any benefits until they increase the time they spend grounding.
  • At first, some people might feel a temporary tingling sensation, which is a sign that their circulation is improving and their body is connecting with Earth's natural energy. As the nervous system relaxes, this tingling sensation diminishes.
  • If you're already in excellent health and sleep soundly, you might not notice a significant difference, but keep in mind that continued grounding acts as a natural preventive measure.
  • If you're an active person or an athlete, you may observe reduced muscle soreness and quicker recovery.
